Katie leads all operational functions at Global Optimism, supporting project teams with everything from finance, fundraising and recruitment - to strategic planning and Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation.
Over the past decade, Katie has been part of the leadership teams at The Earth Rover Program (where she now sits on the Board), Richard Curtis-led initiatives Make My Money Matter and Project Everyone, and the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation. Prior to this, Katie was a Founding Director at Doc Society (formerly BRITDOC), the UK’s first independent documentary film foundation.
Katie holds a Master’s-level Post-Graduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership from SaïdBusiness School, University of Oxford.
